Who. Castanha is sold by Ibotyle Services, Uyo, Nigeria. Contact: WhatsApp +234 703 361 9852.
What we collect. When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and state, plus the order reference and what you bought. When you send feedback: what you write and, if you add it, a phone or email.
Why. To deliver the order, send the receipt and tracking number, and answer you. Nothing else. No marketing list, no profiling, no sale of data.
Payment. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's checkout and never reach us. Paystack's own privacy policy covers that step.
Where it lives. Order records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivery details are passed to the courier (GIG Logistics) for that shipment only. Feedback is stored in our own archive.
How long. Order records for 12 months after delivery, for warranty and accounting; feedback for 12 months. Then deleted.
Analytics. This site counts page views and button taps without cookies and without storing your IP address or device identifier.
Your rights. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
