Why one nut
Selenium is a trace mineral your thyroid, immune system and sperm cells cannot work without. Most Nigerian diets get it from fish and eggs in small amounts. One Brazil nut covers the day; three is the ceiling.

The thyroid holds more selenium per gram than any other organ. The enzymes that switch thyroid hormone to its active form are selenium-dependent.
Selenium sits inside glutathione peroxidase, one of the body's main antioxidant enzymes. Adequate levels are linked in studies to stronger immune response.
Selenium is required for sperm formation and motility. Low selenium status is associated with poorer sperm quality in published research. A nut a day is the food route to adequate intake.
Not a drug, not a cure. If you have a thyroid condition, take a selenium supplement, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before adding a daily nut. Tree-nut allergy: do not eat.
The pouch
Whole raw unsalted Brazil nut kernels, hand-counted into a resealable kraft pouch. Each pouch carries its batch number and packed date. Taster is 10 nuts; one-a-day is 30; the two-month pouch is 60.
Brazil nuts are rich in polyunsaturated fat and go rancid in heat. Keep the pouch sealed in the fridge. Best within three months of opening. One nut a day finishes a pouch before that.

Questions
One. Two is fine. Three is the ceiling. Selenium builds up, and more than about 400 µg a day over time causes hair and nail brittleness, a garlic breath smell and nausea. Do not take a selenium supplement on the same days.
Batch 01 is a small test import sold as whole raw nuts in a plain pouch; it is not yet a NAFDAC-registered packaged product. We say so plainly. If this batch sells, the next one ships under registration.
Brazil nuts are wild-harvested in the Amazon basin (Bolivia, Brazil, Peru). Ours are bought shelled and raw from a US bulk supplier and air-freighted to Nigeria in a single lot. Each pouch carries the batch number.
Sealed and refrigerated, about six months from packing. Opened, best within three months. Warm room storage shortens that; a rancid nut smells like old paint and should be thrown away.
